Back alley tales mod guide.

Back Alley is a card game for four players in two teams.

Each team tries to win as many tricks as they bid. The game has 25 rounds with different hand sizes and trump suits.
The dealer shuffles 52 cards and two jokers, which are different from each other. The dealer changes clockwise every round. The first and last rounds have 13 cards per hand. The hand size decreases by one until it reaches one, then increases by one again. The top card of the remaining deck shows the trump suit. If it is a joker, there is no trump suit.
The other joker holder must replace it with a new card. Jokers are the highest trumps, followed by Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2. The non-trump suits have the same order, but no jokers. Each player bids once on how many tricks they can win. They can pass, bid a number up to one less than their hand size, or claim board, which
means they will win all tricks with their partner. The partner's bid is ignored. The bids are added for each team. The highest bidder starts the game. If tied, the first bidder wins. If all pass, the cards are redealt. If more than one player claims board, the second is double board, the third is triple board, and the fourth is quadruple board. This is a back

The last bidder of a board starts the first trick with any non-trump card. The others must follow the same suit or play a trump. The highest trump or the highest card of the suit wins the trick. The
winner leads the next trick.
A trump can only lead a trick if a trump has been played before or the bid was a board. The Big Blooper forces everyone to play their highest trump. The Little Blooper forces everyone to play their lowest trump. Teams score 5 points for each bid trick and 1 point for each extra trick. If they miss their bid, they lose 5 points per bid trick. Teams that bid
board score 10 points per trick.
