METHOD STATEMENTS

1. SPIDER GLAZING WORK.

1.1 Fabrication and erection of Spider glazing works :

1. Mark the locations of the SS bracket to be mounted for the Glass fins.
2. Install the SS brackets at locations precisely as per drawings.
3. After this install the SS brackets of the façade 12 mm thick FT clear
glass .
4. Check the measurements after installing the same.
5. Install the aluminium “U” channel all along the periphery except the top
side.
6. Once all the brackets are below beam bottom are installed the 19 mm
thick glass fin shall be lifted and fixed in these SS brackets in perfect
plumb and line.
7. Now install the spider brackets in the 19 mm thick glass fin.
8. Install the façade glass suspending the same in the bracket fixed as under
point no 3.
9. Align the glasses properly leaving equal groove as shown in the drawing
both horizontally and vertically.
10.Fill the backer rod and clear sealant in the “U” channel.
11.Remove, tape, sealant, glue, dust, oil, etc if any and clean the panel
thoroughly and handover.
12.Align the louvers and ensure that they are all equidistant.
13.Remove all rigs, cradle etc and free the terrace, plinth from all.
