It is a full-service agency that sells printings and related services products such as
business cards, letterhead, envelopes, brochures, booklets, business forms, posters
catalogs, and labels that are manufactured and delivered on a timely and cost-effective
basis.

A. Who are your target customers, their locations, and their quantity?

Consumers who need large volume printing. The first segment of the target market for
printing services we will consider is consumers who need to print large quantities of
documents. These might be students near Pandacan Manila who need to print their
thesis or dissertation or someone who is self-publishing a book.

I meet demand by first, Offering consistent messaging, this method of


communicating the same tone, image, and voice of a brand across all platforms,
channels, and promotional materials. Next is nurturing customer relationships this is
very important to nurture our customers to have loyalty and satisfaction with our
products and services. And last is providing great customer service. By maintaining a
positive attitude and responding quickly to what customers needs.
