Scoring Levels:
81-100: Excellent - Exceptional proficiency in the criteria.
61-80: Good - Above-average proficiency in the criteria.
41-60: Fair - Satisfactory proficiency in the criteria.
21-40: Needs Improvement - Demonstrates some deficiencies in the criteria.
0-20: Poor - Significant deficiencies in the criteria.

 Exhibits a high level of phonetic accuracy and intelligibility.

Fluency:
 Speaks fluently and effortlessly with minimal pauses or hesitations.
 Maintains a smooth and natural pace throughout the speech.
 Demonstrates mastery of linking words and phrases to create smooth transitions.

Vocabulary:
 Displays an extensive range of precise and varied vocabulary.
 Appropriately and accurately uses idiomatic expressions and collocations.
 Demonstrates a strong command of specialized terminology, if relevant.

Grammar:
 Exhibits mastery of a wide range of grammatical structures.
 Consistently uses complex sentence structures with accuracy and ease.
 Shows exceptional control over verb tenses, subject-verb agreement, and other
grammatical elements.

Coherence and Organization:
