Here you find some help:

1) Tips to organize a party

Determine the Date and Time: Decide on a date and time that works for the graduate and their
guests.
• Choose a Venue: Select a venue that suits the party size and budget. It could be a rented hall,
community center, or even a backyard.
• Guest List: Create a guest list and send out invitations at least a few weeks in advance to
give guests enough time to plan.
• Food and Beverages: Decide on the type of food and beverages that you want to serve. You
could opt for a sit-down meal, a buffet, or even finger foods.
• Decorations: Choose decorations that match the party's theme or school colors. You could
use balloons, streamers, and personalized banners.
• Music and Entertainment: Plan for music and entertainment to keep your guests engaged.
Hire a DJ, create a playlist or prepare some games.
• Photography and Video: Hire a professional photographer or videographer to capture the
special moments of the day.
• Graduation Gifts: Consider giving gifts or keepsakes to the graduates, such as a framed
picture of their high school class.
With these steps, you should be well on your way to organizing a memorable graduation party.
2) Dialogue sample (you must do your own):

Student 1: Hey everyone! We need to start planning our graduation party. Any ideas?
Student 2: How about we host it in the school gym? It's big enough to accommodate everyone, and
we won't have to worry about booking a venue.
Student 3: That's a great idea! We could decorate the gym with streamers and balloons to make it
look festive.
Student 4: And we should have a photo booth where everyone can take pictures with their friends.
Student 1: I like that idea! We can rent a photo booth and set it up in a corner of the gym.
Student 2: What about food? Should we do a potluck or hire a caterer?
Student 3: I think we should hire a caterer. That way, we can ensure that everyone gets enough food,
and we won't have to worry about anyone getting sick from homemade dishes.
Student 4: Agreed. We can set up a buffet table with different types of food, including vegetarian
and gluten-free options.
Student 1: That sounds good. What about entertainment?
Student 2: We should hire a DJ to play music and keep everyone dancing.
Student 3: And we could organize some games and activities, like a trivia contest or a scavenger
hunt.
Student 4: And we should definitely have a speech or two from some of the graduates.
Student 1: Okay, let's start making a list of everything we need to do. Who wants to take charge of
decorations?
Student 2: I can do that.
Student 3: I'll handle catering.
Student 4: I can look into entertainment.
Student 1: Great! And I'll be in charge of sending out the invitations and collecting RSVPsx.
