mailed you a letter ON FEBUARY 8TH 2023 & APRIL 13 2023 disputing information
contained in My consumer reports complied and maintain published and you allegedly
concerning regarding the following,

Acordingly as per the FCRA you were required to conduct a reasonable investigation
and delete the disputed information as I requested before the end of the 30-day
period of the day on which you received my dispute letter. You received my dispute
letter on.... Therefore you response was due on..... Or by 30 days past the date of
this letter receipt instead of sending me a response letter with the results of
your investigation of disputed information you know me later dated claiming that
the verified/accurate with no explanation of how.
Clearly you have a willfully failed to delete the disputed information as I
requested and leave the disputed information you willfully fail to conduct a
reasonable investigation of my dispute because say they are accurate, however, your
excuse or assumption is not a valid reason under the fcra to not reinvestigate my
dispute. Note, you have not made any reasonable determination that my dispute was
frivolous or irrelevant nor have you sent me a notice of such determination that
completes with the FCRA for the more. I directly dispute the completeness and or
accuracy of information contained in my consumer file as per the FRCA your failure
to reinvestigate is an intentional and or neglected FCRA violation.
As a result of your conduct as described above you shall promptly delete the
disputed information. Additionally as per the fcra you are liable to me for damages
for your conduct commanded to send a check of the amount of $1,000 payable to the
order of Bradley Dorsey. Be advised. This is not another dispute or opportunity for
your reinvestigation the previous dispute the allowable. To conduct such a
reinvestigation has expired and shall not be extended by law. But then 14 days
delete the disputed information requested send an updated copy to my consumer file
and send me the $1,000 check to my mailing address listed above.
