Greetings!

The Faculty and Non-teaching personnel of Maricaban Elementary School will

conduct a Team Building Activity on June 12, 2022 (Sunday). In line with this, we
would like to request from your good office for a transportation/vehicle or any kind
of help that you can provide.

The activity will be held at Lady Mary Beach Resort at Lemery Batangas, which is 3
hours away from the city. We will depart from Maricaban Elementary School at
4:00 in the morning and the activity will end at 5:00 in the afternoon. There will be
75 persons who will join the said activity.

Rest assured that the vehicle would be properly taken care of and would only be
used for the said activity.

Thank you in advance and we are looking forward for your favorable response to
