1. The application of dissolution of MPO-03 by Deputy Commissioner

Rawalpindi issued on dated 01-06-2023 was filed by petitioner.

2. On dated 01-06-2023, Lahore High Court issued a brief order regarding

section 03 of Maintenance of Public Order 1960. In brief orders, the court
mentioned that MPO-03 is unworthy and none of the Deputy
Commissioner of any district have authority to issue dentition orders of any
citizen (copy of order is attached herewith).

3. The Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi is ordered to issue dissolution of

MPO-03 against the petitioner immediately. Moreover, The Superintendent
Adyala Jail, is ordered to release the petitioner.

4. Moreover, The Deputy Commissioner is to submit his written reply on

dated 06-06-2023 on violation of Lahore High Court's orders.

5. GIVEN UNDER my hand and the seal of the Court on 6th day of June
