DESCRIBE THE END USER BY ITS AGE, PROFESSION, LIFESTYLE,
GEOGRAPHY, INCOMES, BEHAVIOUR AND MOTIVATION.

gathering data on potential customer needs and preferences and using that to create segments of customers
with similar characteristics.

Page 8
SOLIC.CO
The first step to doing this is to identify the types of customers that would find Solar.co's products attractive.
Solar.co should look for customers who are environmentally conscious and value sustainable energy sources,
as well as those who are interested in energy efficiency and saving money in the long-term. Solar.co should
also consider its location in Albania and look for customers who are seeking sustainable energy sources
specifically in Albania.

Once Solar.co has identified its target customer base, it can begin to create market segments. These segments
should be based on factors such as age, income, location, gender, and lifestyle. Solar.co should also consider
factors like environmental attitudes, need for energy efficiency, and interest in renewable energy sources. By
grouping customers with similar characteristics into segments, Solar.co can better understand the needs and
preferences of each segment, and tailor its marketing and product offerings to meet the needs of those
segments.

Solar.co, a solar panel company based in Albania, has conducted surveys and gathered statistics to better
understand the potential customer base for its products. After analyzing the data, Solar.co has determined
that 40% of the potential customer base does not meet the criteria for its products, 30% has no interest in
solar panels, and 30% is a potential target group. Which indicates that there are over 70.000 of houses that
are included in our target groups.

The end users of our solar company Solar.co based in Albania are typically young to middle-aged adults in
their 30s to 50s who live in urban areas. They tend to be professionals with higher incomes and a lifestyle
that focuses on self-improvement and sustainability. This could include entrepreneurs, business owners, and
those working in the tech industry.

Geographically, these end users are located primarily in the capital city of Tirana and other major cities such
as Elbasan, Pristina, and Shkodra. They tend to be well-informed about the latest trends in renewable energy
and environmental sustainability, as well as the available incentives for investing in solar energy.

These end users are motivated by the desire to save money on energy costs and to reduce their environmental
impact. They are also driven by the need for convenience, as solar energy can be used to power any electrical
device or appliance.

Overall, the end users of our solar company Solar.co in Albania tend to be young to middle-aged
professionals who are highly motivated to invest in renewable energy sources. They are aware of the

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STRATEGY. DO YOU NEED A PATENT FOR

YOUR PRODUCT? IF YES WHAT TYPE? BRAND? COPYRIGHT?
ALGORYTHM? INDUSTRIAL PATENT?

At Solic.co, we believe that the success of our solar panel business does not rely solely on obtaining a patent.
While patents can be beneficial in protecting a company’s intellectual property, we recognize the importance
of other legal protections and have taken measures to secure our copyrights, trademarks, and other
intellectual property.

Copyrights protect the expressions of an idea. In the solar panel industry, this could include a company’s
website content, marketing materials, and other original works. By registering these works with the copyright
office, a solar panel company can protect their original works from being used without permission or
compensation.

Page 11
SOLIC.CO
Trademarks protect a company’s name and logo, ensuring that they remain unique and distinct from others in
the market. This is especially important for solar panel companies, as it can help them stand out from the
competition and protect their brand. We have taken measures to register our company name and logo as
trademarks, thereby protecting our brand and distinguishing it from others.

By protecting our copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property, we can ensure the success of our
solar panel business. We believe that this is the most effective way of maintaining our competitive edge and
ensuring our long-term success.

Creating a marketing plan for our company requires a comprehensive understanding

of the market, the customer base, and the strategies necessary to make the business
successful. To begin, it is important to identify the target customer base and determine
the most effective methods of reaching that customer base.
Once the target customer base is identified, the next step is to develop an overall
strategy and decide which marketing tactics should be used. For instance, our
company might focus on direct mail campaigns, email campaigns, targeted
advertising, social media campaigns, and SEO optimization. For each of these
marketing tactics, our company should then create a plan of action and set milestones
for success.

In addition, our company should have an effective budgeting system in place, so that
it can accurately track the cost of marketing and measure the return on investment.
The budget should include funds for research and development, marketing campaigns,
website development, and staff training.
Finally, our company should also consider methods of customer engagement, such as
making use of customer feedback surveys to better understand customer needs, and
providing customer service over the phone, and creating a loyalty program to reward
customers for returning to the company.

By carefully planning and executing our comprehensive marketing plan, our company
can increase its market share, build long-term relationships with customers, and
generate higher revenues.
