INTERNSHIP POLICY AND PROCEDURE

We are pleased to inform you that we are engaging your services as a Video Creation,
effective 18th February 2024, and Jason will be your Reporting Manager and Mentor during
the internship. As the Video Editing Intern, you would be responsible for the following:

● Create unique news videos on your assigned niche. (Youtube, Facebook,


Instagram, TikTok, etc).
● Do at least 15 videos per day
● Video length should be 40-59 seconds.
● Stay active on Slack or Facebook group.
● Any other work as assigned by the team leader.
● Be active throughout the day or as per your discussed time with the Core Team.
● Follow the guidelines set by the Core Team for editing content.
● For outstanding performance, Otakukart will give you a 2k bonus per month on top
of your stipend.

The internship period would include Working from Home. The Internship is target based,
where you will be required to do about 15 Video Creations a day.

In case of an uninformed leave (an off without informing 24 hours before the official
reporting time) - a pay cut of 1 to 2 days will be made by OtakuKart to the employee.

The employee will have particular targets, deadlines, and cut-off points. The employee
must follow the company guidelines and meet the deadlines as decided by the TLs.

The employee must meet the agreed standards before their employment with OtakuKart is
confirmed. The disciplinary, dismissal, and capability policies apply entirely after probation.

This internship policy and procedure is not part of any employee's contract of employment
and is entirely non-contractual. It may be amended, withdrawn, suspended, or departed
from at the discretion of OtakuKart.

You will be provided 6,000 as a stipend after the completion of the above mentioned target
which, by schedule, should be completed by the end of each month.

As an employee, you are required to comply with the existing rules, regulations, and
policies of the company as well as those which may hereafter be issued, including but not
limited to those governing order and discipline, honesty, safety and security, work
assignments and standard operating procedures, use of company properties, and access to
matters of confidentiality and such other rules deemed necessary in the conduct of
OtakuKart. The company holds the right to terminate the employee if any of the company
policies aren’t met without any compensation for the work done.
You agree that all records and documents of the company and all information about its
business and/or its affairs and that of its customers are confidential, and you will not make
unauthorized disclosure or reproduction of the same at any time during or after your
employment. You agree that any breach of confidentiality will constitute sufficient ground for
immediate termination of your employment for cause and/or civil and criminal liability.
