plan on my course of assisting the clients. My job included planning, capturing, and organizing
clients' details and needs, analysing these needs, and transferring them to the correct department
for further assistance.

I have dealt with over a hundred clients in a day, explaining and collecting information about them
and organizing it according to their needs. Communication skills are the foundation of working with
