ADVANCE AGRICULTURE DRONE FOR CROP HEALTH

MONITORING
OBJECTIVE:
 The objective of using a crop health monitoring drone is to provide farmers with a
more efficient and accurate way to monitor the health and growth of their crops.
 By using drones equipped with sensors and cameras, farmers can collect high-
resolution images of their fields and analysed data to detect crop stress, nutrient
deficiencies, and other potential issues early on. This enables them to take corrective
action before the problem becomes widespread, saving time, money, and resources.
INNOVATION:
 Drone technology has revolutionized the field of crop health monitoring by providing
farmers with a powerful tool to gather data and make informed decisions about their
crops. Here are some of the latest innovations in drone-based crop health monitoring Artificial
intelligence (AI) and machine learning, Real-time data analysis and Autonomous flight.
ABSTRACT:
 The use of drones for crop health monitoring is a rapidly growing field with the potential to
revolutionize agriculture. Drones can be equipped with a variety of sensors, including cameras,
multispectral sensors, and thermal imaging cameras, to collect high-resolution data on crop
health.
 This data can then be analysed using machine learning algorithms to identify and map areas of
stress, disease, or nutrient deficiency.
TECHNOLOGY INVOLED:
 High-resolution cameras: These cameras can capture detailed images of
crops, which can be used to identify problems such as pests, diseases, and nutrient
deficiencies.
 Computer vision: Computer vision algorithms can be used to analyse the images
captured by the drone's cameras and to identify problems such as pests, diseases, and
nutrient deficiencies.

OUTCOMES:

 Track crop growth

 Detect pests and diseases.
 Assess nutrient deficiencies.
