Enrichment Activity 2: Take A Note. Answer the following questions briefly.

Use separate sheet of paper.

1. What are the different ways on how humans can adapt to climate change?

- By putting into practice sustainable habits like cutting carbon emissions, saving water,
and supporting renewable energy sources, humans can adapt to climate change.
Investing in climate-smart infrastructure, building resilient communities, and improving
disaster preparedness are further key strategies for reducing the effects of climate
change.

2. What are the adaptation challenges faced by people borne by the need for

mobility? How will they respond to these challenges?

- Finding safe and sustainable relocation choices is a challenge for people who
encounter mobility adaption challenges, such as being displaced due to events caused
by climate change. In response, they can promote inclusive urban planning, create early
warning systems, and put policies in place that give mobile people' demands first priority
in order to improve security and guarantee fair access to resources.

3. What are the effects of migration to families? Do you agree that both

parents should go abroad to work so they can provide more comfortable

living conditions for their children? Justify your answer.

- For me I agree because, families may experience changes in family relations, anxiety
about being apart from one another, and positive or negative impacts from migration.
Both parents choosing to work overseas may result in more stable finances, but it can
also cause stress on the family relationship, change parental responsibilities, and
negatively affect the mental health of the children. When choosing the best arrangement
for the particular needs of each family, it is important to weigh the possible advantages
against the social and emotional costs.
