Virgin pina Colada (SHAKE)

Coconut cream, pineapple juice.

place ice in a cocktail shaker with half coconut cream and half
pineapple juice
Shake until combined.
Pour into a poco glass with the ice.

Virgin Mojito

1 lime quartered
10 mint leaves
1 teaspoon sugar syrup
sparkling water

Place lime and syrup in a glass.

Muddle for about 1 minute to release the juice from the lime.
Clap the mint in your hands a few times to release the scent. Place
a tall glass and press gently with the muddler 2-3 times.
Top with sparkling water and ice. Stir.
Garnish with slices of lime or some extra mint and serve.

Apple Passion

60 ml Apple juice
30 ml Passion Fruit syrup
15 ml Lime juice
5-6 mint leaves

Clap mint
Muddle sugar syrup lime and mint leaves in a tall glass.
Add other ingredients, then fill glass with ice and soda water.

30ml grenadine, ginger ale

Place ice in a tall glass fill place 30 ml of grenadine top with ginger ale
and a squeeze of lemon juice
garnish with a maraschino cherry

Passionfruit Spritzer

1 lime
30 ml of passion fruit syrup
Ginger ale
Ice

Place lime juice passion fruit syrup and ice to shaker

Shake until combined pour into tall glass and top with ginger ale.

Mocktail mule

ginger beer
juice of 2 medium limes (about 4 tablespoons)
1/3 cup soda water
fresh mint, for garnish
2 lime wedges, for garnish

Place 2/3 ice in metal cup

Top with ginger beer, lime juice, and Soda water.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with mint and lime wedges
