The Security of product.

The product must be equipped with equipment having an AC and DC
emergency stop system to avoid any runaway and damage to the
equipment. There shall be no protruding edges or flange cutting to inside
and to outside can hurt the user during of movement and use of the product
and must take into account the following elements:

• Earthing of the entire metallic structure.

• All exterior and interior connectors, whether AC or DC, must be classed
at least IK10 and IP66
• The product case must be 100% sealed and waterproof, dustproof.
• To prevent overheating, the product must be equipped with an air
conditioner or fan.

The conditioning of product.

The product must have a space dedicated to the batteries and a space dedicated
to the inverters and the batteries will be separated by a partition whose objective is
to differentiate the two compartments and the product must respect the following
elements;

• An opening on the front and back for accessibility to the various

equipment.
• The high part of the cabinet will have to own 4 anchors for the handling
by crane and spaces dedicated to receiving forks in the lower part for
handling by standard trolley elevator.
• It must have an opening handle on the front face and back.
• It must have, on the side, the accessories for connecting the
installations.
• A contact point for earthing must be foreseen.
• A control panel on the front or on one of the parts lateral.

The functions of the system

 Always priority to PV panels, Batteries, then the Utility, *on the day if
the input power from PV panels are not enough the system ask the
missing power from the batteries, if the batteries are empty then it
ask the missing power from utility.
 At the night after midnight the utility start Charging the batteries for
using it on the day
 Batteries capacity at less 1Hours with max power consumption

Administrative obligation of contractor.

The contractor will be responsible for providing the technical notices
and guarantees for all the elements regarding the documents related to
all the rooms from materials provided.

 -for the brand of the inverter i think it's clear just must provide CE certification
 -for the batteries we need to know the brand that you will use and must have CE Certification and MSDS
 -for the AC/DC protection we recommend to use CHINT but must have CE Mark on it and CE
Certification.
 -between the PV input and the Inverter must put a rotary switch to separate the power
 -between the batteries and the inverter must put FUSE and rotary switch to separate the power
 -monitoring system:
1. *display inside the Cabinet to check the battery capacity, the power generates from the panels, and
the output power and error
2. *the system must be connected by COMM card 3G/4G/5G and WIFI for the possibility to check the
system by phone
 -AC input must be with terminals (See picture "A")
 -AC output must be with terminals (See picture "A")
 -DC PV input must be connected with terminals (See picture"A")
 -when Smoke sensor detect Smoke the firefighting system (Condensed Aerosol generator) turn ON,
harness and red flashing light above the Cabinet
 -LED Light ON when open the door and OFF when close the door
 -Air conditioner
 -the Cabinet must be equipped with 4 doors (2 on the FRONT and 2 on the BACK)
 -the free space must be ready with Battery Rack, if the customer need to add more batteries
 -the Cabinet must be waterproof IP65

General function of the cabinet

• The first power source is the PV Panels, if there is not enough solar
energy the inverter tries to add power from batteries, if the batteries
are not enough the inverter try to add power from the grid power.
• The batteries must not be charged by the grid power.

Characteristic of product
The contractor will have for the manufacture of the product the obligations
of the following stages before final validation,
• A model in DWG format 3D.
• A prototype for which modifications can be made to any time phase of
the project.
• A trial in all the terms possible that he will be able to meet during her
service life (waterfall / wind / corrosion / sealing) this list is not
exhaustive.

Control and quality of product.

The contractor will be responsible for compliance with all the elements
mentioned later in this specification and must, in the process of the end
of manufacture and the dispatch of the goods, respect these few rules;
No shipment in case of reject from the factory.
No sending in the event of a system anomaly encountered during the
TEST.
A checklist of items is essential and should be provided with the device.

Reception
Documentation and instructions of use.
The contractor must provide a set of documentation in order to make it
possible for all users to operate the ENERGY BOX, the list below is not
exhaustive:
• Instructions for use in French and in English.
• Indicated the maintenance methods of the product.
• Indicated the diagram and wiring.
• Code via a QR CODE the parts in order to be able to replace them more
easily.
• Display a table with the list of error and troubleshooting codes that will
be displayed on the console ordered.

Procedure of reception
After supplying all the elements and carrying out all the tests described
above, the contractor or his representative will carry out the provisional
acceptance operations with the CABAX Company.
Following the provisional acceptance visit, the CABAX company will
submit the list of reservations to the contractor.
The Company will then have a period of 60 working days to remove all
reservations and obtain the final acceptance report in order to launch full
production of the product.
