With a sense of urgency, I bring to your attention a recent challenge in

our lunchroom – a severe cockroach infestation. While our cleaning
team has swiftly taken action to sanitize the area and address the
immediate problem, we must remain vigilant to prevent any recurrence
of this issue.

Upon further investigation, it became apparent that lapses in cleanliness

practices within the lunchroom have likely contributed to the infestation.
Instances of food waste being left out, spills neglected without timely
cleanup, and an overall lack of tidiness have created an environment
conducive to attracting pests, particularly cockroaches. In light of this, I
kindly urge every one of you to prioritize cleanliness and adopt proactive
measures to maintain the hygiene of our shared spaces. This means
promptly disposing of food waste in designated bins, ensuring spills are
cleaned promptly and thoroughly, and maintaining a general sense of
tidiness throughout the lunchroom area. Additionally, if you notice any
spills or messes requiring attention beyond your capacity, please inform
our cleaning staff immediately.

paramount in preventing further infestations and ensuring the well-being
