It’s a pleasure connecting with you again. We have recently received the letter of confirmation for our
upcoming conference accommodations, and we appreciate your immediate response. We are expecting
a significant number of attendees, including our sales representatives from various regions across the
country. As such, we are in need of comfortable and convenient lodging facilities to accommodate our
company members during the period of the conference.

However, there have been some adjustments to our conference arrangements that we need to address:

 Change in Check-in and Check-out Date:


Due to unexpected scheduling conflicts, we need to adjust our check-in date to April 6, 2024 and
our check-out date on April 8, 2024.
 Increase in Room Count:
Due to some changes in number of company attendees per region, we require an additional six
(6) rooms to accommodate the unforeseen attendees.

We kindly request your assistance in accommodating these changes to ensure the success of our event.
We are committed to ensuring a comfortable and productive experience for our attendees, and we
believe that your hotel would be an excellent choice for our accommodation needs. Your prompt
attention to these matters is greatly appreciated.
