Presentation: Week 11-14

INSTRUCTIONS:

This assignment consists of two sections:

1. A video presentation. The mark for the video presentation is (40%).

2. An essay submission of 500 words based on the video that your group have created.
The mark for the essay submission is 10%.

 Form a group of 3 or 4.
 Choose a famous writer/playwright/director based on the texts/movies introduced in
this course or from other sources (must not be from UK or US).
 Create a video presentation of your chosen literary figure.
 The video should be 10-12 minutes in length.
 The content should cover (this will also be the basis of your essay):

1. Biodata of the literary figure.

2. Why is he/she famous in his/her particular genre.
3. Examples of his/her works and reviews of the works.
4. Your video presentation should allow the audience to understand the life of the
literary figure and his/her achievements in his/her particular field.
5. Use your creativity and IT skills to make it an interesting video. Remember to
have an introduction and conclusion to the video.

 The presentations will be on Weeks 11-14.

 Submit your essay to the lecturer after the video presentation.
