came to Emergency on 09-12-2021 with c/o Chest Pain & B/L are Pain A/WV
sweating since one day. He was diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease, Acute

coronary Syndrome, LVEF=45%, CAG was done which revealed Triple vessel
Disease on 09-12-2021. He was discharged on 11-12-2021 in stable condition.

He is advised rest for 7 days w.e.f from 11-12-2021.
