Executive Summary
The problem facing between two person Mr. Hadif and Mrs. Madeena, a
Personal Assistant for Mr. Hadif, the manager of Human Resource
Department at Top Motion Sdn. Bhd is stress at workplace and home, time
management and work organization. The content of this report will discuss
about how to resolve the problem facing by Mrs. Madeena. Without resolve
this problem, Mrs. Madeena will be in serious trouble and maybe into a low
in work.
Introduction
The content of this repost were carefully designed to address Mrs. Madeena
problem. Specifically, the issues are problem in workstation, time
management, and stress. Regarding the problem that is being faced, Mrs.
Madeena should need to consider the needs of her organization workplace.
The underlying root cause and factors that are leading to the accurate of this
problem relates to a lack of alignment when it comes to Mrs. Madeena
management. Specifically, the current work organization is lack and need to
solve it before it separates in the company in the future.
It is recommended in the current report that Mrs. Madeena need to talk with
her manager, manage her time, and workplace manage wellness. This
recommendation highlights the good situation to help Mrs.Madeena to
overcome her issue in office and home.
This report will provide an in-depth analysis of the problem that being faced,
and this analysis will help to identify several ways to resolving the issue.

Analysis
Mrs. Madeena is facing several issues that harm her attitude in workplace.
She tried to be a good Personal Assistance, but her manager and co-worker
is not cooperated with her and make she get a lot of work and getting tired
and stress. This situation gives her negative impact on her work.
Work Organization
Mr. Hadif have some issue when he is conducting the meeting. He is a poor
leadership when conducting the meeting and not good leadership to his staff.
He did not require a meeting’s agenda and gives chance to meeting members
to discuss anything they like during the meeting and lastly nothing can
conclude, or final decision will come out. Mr. Hadif also ignore when his staff
tried to discuss with him about this issue. This makes the organizations of the
company is not stable and the worker become tense and relationship between
each other’s will destroy because they blame each other about the issue.
Time management
This situation happens to Mrs. Madeena, Personal Assistance for Mrs. Hadif
when she gets a lot of work, she always back home at late night because
want to finish the work. She will be alone at the office to complete the task
and what she gets is unable to complete the task because of tired.
Stress
When Mrs. Madeena get stress in several situation like when she gets tired
and incomplete the task. She also stresses after long hours sitting on the chair
which is can’t adjustable and static. Besides that, she gets the stress when
her co-worker always blames her because incompetence of Mr. Hadif as a
meeting’s leader. Additional, when she arrived late at home, her kids always
complain that she ignores and not spent much time with them.

There are several issues must solve and recommended strategy to fit in this
situation. For first situation, Mr. Hadif must play his responsibility as a
manager in the department. He must improve his leadership skills and work
in a group. Every meeting should have a clear purpose while planning and
conducting the meeting. A good leader conducts the meeting in an assertive
way that accomplishes the goals of the meeting. This is how Mr. Hadif should
do as a chairman of the meeting:
He also needs to be a good leader to the staff and be a good listener when
his staff want to discuss about the problem. This is important part as a leader
which is the staff will share their problem and want their leader to settle or
give opinion to cover the problem. This situation will make the organization
come good.

Mine while in the second situation, Mrs. Madeena can manage her stress
when her leader gives her cooperative and hear what she wants to discuss
about. However, Mrs. Madeena should take some action to manage her
stress in work. Some suggestion can be used to Mrs. Madeena to coup her
stress such as manage her time like write a digital or manual schedule such
as desk calendar, notebook with calendar, or personal planner to arrange her
schedule/ task before due date. Manage ergonomic factor that give good
environment to the worker such as comfortable chair and manage office
health like take a break often at least 15 minutes every two hours.
Mrs. Madeena also should manage her workplace to ergonomic factor such
as use adjustable chair to give comfortable to the body and release her stress.
This is supported by Beightol, these products can all work together to provide
an environment that easy the strain on the staff, especially on back, shoulder
and neck. This kind of management is important to our body which is having
to sitting on computer about 8 hours a day. The body need to rest while the
brain and the eye is working. By using the good and comfortable material, we
can manage our stress and keep well in task.

Conclusion
Overall, this report has addressed Mr.Hadif and Mrs. Madeena to solve their
problem in the situation in workplace. Manage good meeting, be a good
leadership in the meeting, discussing with leader, manage time by using
schedule and manage ergonomic factor in workplace among the solution to
coup by them.
