 Guidelines
1. All team members and participants are required to report to Silicon Institute of
Technology, BBSR by 8 am sharp on 25th November, 2023, as physical check-in
commences at that time.
2. Each participant should carry identity proof.
3. Each Team should have at least 3 members and a maximum of 5 members.
4. Registration Fees: 250/- Per Team
5. Teams are required to complete registration online by scanning the provided QR
code.
6. Each presentation must adhere to a strict 20-minute time frame, inclusive of the
Q/A session. Teams exceeding this limit will be subject to penalties.
7. Every team is required to have a fully functional prototype ready at the time of
presentation. It is crucial that the prototype is operational, showcasing the practical
application of your project. Additionally, the absence of a working prototype at the
time of presentation may result in disqualification.
8. All submissions must be plagiarism-free, and any form of copying will not be
tolerated. Originality is a key factor in evaluating your work, and any instance of
plagiarism may result in disqualification.
9. The presentation slides should be limited to a maximum of 10 slides.
