Please refer to your complaint dated 04-04-2024 16:14:38 against UNION BANK OF INDIA sent to RBI.

2. आपक िशकायत म दी गई सूचना के अनुसार यह पाया गया है क आपक िशकायत के समान कारवाई के िलए एक िशकायत लोकपाल के पास उसके गुणागुण पर िवचाराथ लंिबत है/ ारा
कारवाई क गई है

2. Based on the information provided in your complaint, it was observed that the complaint in respect of the same cause of action was already pending with/
had been dealt with on merits by the Ombudsman.

3.तदनुसार, इसको अ वीकाय वग कृत कया गया है और रज़व बक - एक कृत लोकपाल योजना, 2021 के खंड 10(2)(b)(i), िजसे िन न कार पढा जाए, के तहत बंद कया जाता है:

“Complaint is non­maintainable under Clause 10 (2) (b) (i) of the Reserve Bank ­ Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021 : the complaint is ‘Pending before /
Dealt with / Settled by an Ombudsman”

3. Accordingly, it was classified as Non-Maintainable and closed under clause 10(2)(b)(i) of the Reserve Bank - Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021
which reads as under:

“Complaint is non­maintainable under Clause 10 (2) (b) (i) of the Reserve Bank ­ Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021 : the complaint is ‘Pending before /
Dealt with / Settled by an Ombudsman”.

4. Please note that the complaints closed under the above clause are non-appealable under the Reserve Bank - Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.
