I am Midal Shigram, president of the French Club of St. Xavier’s Secondary School. I am writing to
request information that will help us organize better for a trip planned to Martinique.

Twenty-five members of this club would like to travel from Tobago to Martinique on August 15 th,
2024. We would like to return from Martinique on August 20th, 2024. We would be grateful if you
can give us information on flights available on AIRPLUS for that period. We would also like to know
the cost of the flight per student, as well as whether group discounts are offered. We are also
requesting information pertaining to reasonable hotel accommodation.
