I am Mr. Martin Lammy, a customer who purchased a, S10e smartphone from your company on May
09th, 2023. I am writing to complain about the defects observed with the device.

After purchasing the phone four days ago, at a cost of US$744.99, I observed that the apps on the
phone suddenly stopped working, three days after. I brought the phone back to the store along with
my receipt, but the salesclerk informed me that she was unable to assist me and advised that I write
to you.

I am displeased about the fact that so much money was spent on a device that is no longer
functional. I would be grateful for a complete refund or a replacement of the item with one that is
