Task Overview:
We are an English training institution based in Taiwan, dedicated to offering high-sc
hool students, college students, and working professionals interactive and engaging
online English conversation courses.

We are currently in search of an experienced English instructional designer to assist

in designing activities for "role-playing" and "game challenges" in the first lessons o
f three online course types: "Everyday English Conversation", "Travel English Conv
ersation", and "Business English Conversation". We will provide the framework for
the lesson plans of these three online courses. Your task will be to design detailed st
eps and methods for the "role-playing" and "game challenge" activities within these
plans, aiming to achieve the educational objectives of each lesson.

Freelancer Qualification Requirements:

Must be a native English speaker.
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Must have experience teaching English conversation at a language training institutio
n.
Possessing a TESOL/TEFL or similar English teaching certification is a plus.
