is often a collaborative effort.

Our company is committed to providing the best insurance services to clients while ensuring
the secure management of their data.

One day, I identified an unexpected performance issue in the network at our main
headquarters. Utilizing PRTG Network Monitor, it became evident that the increase in
network traffic was a result of the addition of a new branch office, intensifying data
exchange between the branch and the main office.

Swiftly, by optimizing configurations on devices like Cisco Catalyst and F5 BIG-IP and
adjusting load balancing policies, we balanced the network traffic effectively. Additionally,
we scaled virtual machines on the VMware vSphere platform, making more efficient use of
resources.
To enhance security measures, we updated Palo Alto Networks Firewall and IDS/IPS
solutions. This provided more effective protection against potential threats to our network.

As a result, by keeping customer information secure and optimizing network performance,

we improved our company's ability to provide reliable insurance services to clients. This
intervention positively contributed to the company's growth and customer satisfaction.
