Web Development Proposal

I. Executive Summary: I am pleased to present this proposal for the development of a

new website for ArtZon. The purpose of this project is to create a space for digital artist
where they can showcase their artworks and to the viewers. This website is created for
the viewers and artist to interact, any user are free to create their gallery.

1. Problem Overview: Artists are posting in different social media platforms in

order to advertise their artworks. Even though there are communities in social
media platforms where artist post their works it can be a bit of messy because
many people post their artwork too.
2. Proposed Solution and Objectives: This website is a place for artist and
viewers, its main purpose is to gather many artists and create a virtual art
exhibit. Artist can create their and categorize their gallery, each artist have their
personal space where viewers can go to spectate their works.

II. Project Scope:

a. Homepage: A visually appealing and informative homepage that introduces your

company.
b. About Us: An "About Us" section to provide information about your company's
history, mission, and team if any.

c. Contact Page: An easy-to-use contact form, along with contact information and
a map to your location.
d. Responsive Design: The website will be fully responsive to ensure optimal
viewing on various devices (desktops, tablets, and mobile phones).
e. Content Management System (CMS): We will implement a user-friendly CMS
to allow you to easily update and manage your website content.
f. Website System: websites feature functionality that enables users to complete
tasks, such as searching the site, submitting an online form, or using interactive
design features.
g. Data: process of gathering and measuring information that you need to your
website
