Dear Sir,
I am NAME, an employee of COMPANY with ID No. 18764 assigned in COMPANY Branch. I’m
writing this letter to you to ask permission to live outside the company accommodation for the
reason that the accommodation in Sharafiyah where I am staying right now is far from my
assigned work place. And it so happened that my husband’s home is near on my work place and
its just a walking distance and it is convenient for me if I stay with him. also, I assure that my
duties & responsibilities as an employee of Al Abeer Medical center will not affected of my live
out. In fact, living outside will make my time flexible as I will live near the clinic. It will be
grateful & thankful also if the management will provide me extra allowance for my live out.
