Subject: Request for Immediate Disciplinary Action Against concerned

Dear sir,

With great regret I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of utmost concern
regarding the misconduct of one of the teachers at LTRC Gps No: 3 Chaudhwan .

During my official duties (for SSR at LTRC GPS No: 3 Chaudhwan) , I have noticed a
recurring problem of late arrivals, early departures, and absenteeism among some
teachers 0. While I initially chose to overlook these infractions, I realized that it is my
prime responsibility as the School Leader to ensure the enhancement of the quality of
education within the school premises. Therefore, I was compelled to take immediate
action to rectify this woeful practice.

On November 17, 2023, I issued written instructions to all teaching staff, including Mr.
Adnan Khan, instructing them to refrain from engaging in any form of lateness, early
departure, or absenteeism. This written directive was signed by both the Head Teacher
and myself, emphasizing the importance and seriousness of the matter.

Regrettably, on the following morning, Mr. Adnan Khan who had not been present on
November 17, chose to insult me in front of our teaching and non-teaching staff, as
well as the entire student body. This incident was captured on video, which I have
enclosed as evidence for your perusal.

As a school leader and officer, I strongly believe that such behavior is entirely
unacceptable, not only in terms of professional conduct but also for maintaining a
healthy and respectful learning environment. This unacceptable act undermines the
credibility of the school administration.

Therefore, I kindly request that immediate disciplinary action be taken against Mr.
Adnan Khan as per the provisions set forth in the E&D rules 2011. I trust that you will
conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, ensuring fairness and justice.
I am confident in your dedication to upholding the dignity and integrity of the
teaching profession and the education system as a whole. Your prompt attention to
this matter is greatly appreciated, and I trust that appropriate action will be taken to
address this situation promptly.
