(1) On my own opinion, I agree with the statement that Product Management can

help improve sales. Because Product Management has a role on identifying


customer needs, developing products that meet those needs, and ensuring
effective marketing strategies are in place. By understanding the market and
customer preferences, Product Management can create products that resonate
with customers, leading to increased sales and revenue.

(2) The Product Management function has an impact on the marketing of a product.
Product Management works closely with the Marketing team to define the target
market, positioning, and messaging of the product. They provide valuable
insights into the product's unique features and benefits, helping the Marketing
team create effective marketing campaigns that resonate with the target
audience.

(3) Product Development is important as it is the process of creating new products


that meet customer needs and desires. An organized process of development
ensures that products are thoroughly researched, tested, and refined before they
are launched in the market. This helps in minimizing the risk of product failure
and increases the chances of developing products that the customer truly needs
and values.
