1. Fallacy of Self Contradiction

Answer: Focuses on the act's goal; in this case, the goal itself is destroyed, leading to the
secondary defeating the primary. This produces an immoral individual who conducts his life
based on passion rather than reason.

2. Fallacy of the Accident

Answer: The fallacy of accident is the reasoning from one statement with an unqualified term to
another with the same term provided unqualified. It is sometimes seen as the wide mistake of
ignoring qualifiers.

3. Give an example of the two fold effect one good and one bad

Answer: An example of this is how social workers maintain their professionalism while
following to the concept of "CONFIDENTIALITY." One positive outcome of this is that the
client's environment will be aware of how their casework is progressing. In order to assist the
client, the social worker must gain their trust. The negative outcome is that, if the client decline
and maintain confidentiality of their reason, the family, in particular, will not be involved.
Therefore, the social worker must also maintain the case's confidentiality and privacy, giving
notice in advance to the people around it but without providing a detailed reason.
