DISTRICT-WIDE SPORTS PLANNING MEETING

1. This is to inform all personnel concerned of DepEDSurallah 1on the

conduct of the District-Wide Sports Planning Meeting at Centrala
Central Elementary School – Surallah 1 District on January 20, 2023 –
8:00 am. This is inpreparation for the upcoming district, municipal
and provincial athletic meet.

2. This meeting aims to discuss the following:

a. Games to be Played
b. Playing Venue
c. Officiating Officials
d. Budget
e. Others

protocols.

6. Transportation, Meals and Snacks will be chargeable to SchoolMOOE

subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures.
