PICE QC BARES STRATEGIC PLANS, PROGRAMS

TAGAYTAY CITY – During the Strategic Planning and Technical Conference held at View Park Hotel,
Tagaytay City, the officers of Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – Quezon City Chapter unveiled their
strategic plans and programs for the present year.

All chapter committees presented and deliberated their respective plans within the year and came up
with a single detailed and consolidated calendar of activities. Aiming to further advance the civil
engineering profession and contribute to nation building, PICE QC is set to lead a number of community
outreach programs, conduct seminars and technical conferences as well as sports fests and
tournaments, bloodletting and tree planting activities.

In his opening message, Atty. Mark Dale Diamond P. Perral, PICE QC Chapter President, highlighted the
rationale and significance of this occasion on the Chapter’s operations. Meanwhile, Engr. Robin Salenga,
speaker and facilitator of the event, stressed the importance of focus and teamwork in achieving success
of an organization.

The two-day event sponsored by Boysen Paints Philippines was conducted last February 3 and 4 with
twenty-six (26) participants including PICE QC Officers and Board of Directors, Sub-chapter Presidents,
and Secretariat. #
