CHAIN OF INFECTION DIAGRAM

1. Make a 3D replica of this diagram.

2. It should be tangible.
3. Should be made in a 1/8 illustration board.
4. Indicate the materials that you used in doing the project.
5. Work with the diagram and identify practices that can be done with every part of the chain of infection to break the
chain.
6. Answer the following questions and paste it at the back of the illustration board.
a) What do you think is the importance of knowing about the chain of infection?
b) How do you feel about your chain of infection diagram?
c) What resources have you tapped into when developing your diagram?

APPROPRIATENESS 20%

 The chain should be appropriate and the additional designs should have a connection to the theme.

THREE-DIMENSIONAL 20%

 It should be tangible and three-dimensional.

CREATIVITY 10%

 The chain of infection should be creative but it should be relevant to the theme.
