A woman with confidence and motivated by her aspirations is applying for a position subject to

I, Charish Ivie, took up Bachelor of Elementary Education at Data Center College of the
Philippines-Laoag City with General Education as my field of specialization. With my skill in
playing volleyball, I graduated as the Athlete of the year and also graduated with a general
weighted average of 1.9721. I successfully finished my studies with the help of my scholarships.
My family is a 4P’s beneficiary. Because of financial problem, my mother applied me as a
scholar of 4P’s but I used this in just 1 year. The 3 remaining years of studying college, the
Commission on Higher Education Scholarship helped me financially.
I had a teaching experience at Ann Marris Montessori School at Imus Cavite for 1 school year.
With that experience of mine at the said school, I am adept in classroom instruction,
development of instruction plans, and parent-teacher relations. While having my on-the-job
experience in this school, I observed variety of teaching styles. I have also experienced and
observed on how to deal with different pupils with different attitudes and manners. Dealing with
special children has been part of my on-the-job experience and not that easy. But when I
experienced it at Ann Marris Montessori School, its motivated me to love more my career in the
field of teaching and brought me a lesson that we teachers should not teach just only through our
knowledge and intelligence but teach harder from our hearts.
I am optimistic that all my qualification as applicant for teaching would meet your standards for
hiring.
