Mia the Bee
Size: 12 cm / 4,7 inches tall when made with indicated yarn. You can use the same pattern to make a smaller or
larger toy by using finer or bulkier yarn.
Materials: yarn (YarnArt Jeans 50g / 160 m: black (28), lilac (89); Gazzal Jeans 50 g / 170 m: mustard (1125)); 2
mm crochet hook; safety eyes (8 mm); embroidery thread (black, pink); yarn needle; stitch markers; fiberfill.
Knowledge of stitches required: mr, ch, sc, inc, dec, slst
Bow
Leave a long starting yarn. Crochet in rows.
ch 31
Row 1: in the 2nd ch from the hook; sc in next 30 ch, ch 1, turn
[30]
Row 2-4: sc in next 30 st, ch 1, turn [30]
Row 5: sc in next 30 st [30]
Slst in next st. Fasten off, leaving a long yarn tail. Sew the shorts
edges of the bow together. Wind the yarn tails a few times
around the middle of the bow to squeeze the middle together.
Make a knot and leave yarn tails to sewing.
Sew the bow to the head of the bee.
Your Mia the Bee is all done!
