bearing fruit according to their kind with seed in

4 This is the account of the heavens and the earth


when they were created, in the day that the Lord
God made earth and heaven. 5 Now no shrub of the
field was yet on the earth, and no plant of the
field had yet sprouted, for the Lord God had not
sent rain upon the earth, and there was no man to
cultivate the ground. 6But a mist used to rise from
the earth and water the whole surface of the
ground.

Am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God?


Or am I trying to please men? If I were still
trying to please men, I would not be a servant
of Christ.

SERVANT OF OTHERS

Philippians 2:3-4
Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility
consider one another as more important than yourselves; do not
merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the
interests of others. Have this attitude in yourselves which was
also in Christ Jesus.

Acts 20:35
In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we
must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself
said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ”

the love you have shown him as you have helped his
people and continue to help the m. 11 We want each
of you to show this same diligence to the very end,
so that what you hope for may be fully realize d.
12We do not want you to become lazy, but to
imitate those who through faith and patience inherit
what has been promised.
