RE: 2024 Commission Process

Please be informed that effective immediately the following commission process

will be implemented:

1. Commission on Villa Seniorito 2 and Residencia de Orbiso will have 24

months term on payment on all monthly installment. All new accounts
posted 2024 will be retracted accordingly.
2. Release of commission will be 1-3 days after payment posting via bank
transfer, G-Cash or Pay Maya payments only.
3. All agents must register or verify respective bank account details at the
office for confirmation on further online transactions.
