Pari electric is a Bharuch based electric company
which makes electric switch boards, wire, tube light etc,
The company has decided to manufacture LED
tube light which is a new technology in market. The
company has also decided to orient executives ‘of the
company and his development.
Recently, American electronics company General
electric has organized ten days conference in Ooty near
Benglore, On the new LED technology. The general
manager of the company has asked the management
committee of the company to send production officers to
take part in the conference. The management of the
company has suggested to appoint the officers who are
experienced and have knowledge of this new technology.
The management is quite apprehrisive to sand the officers
to the conference as they face that is will increase their
expenditure, production loss for ten days and officer will
only go for entertainment and tour and no further
improvement in their knowledge.
