On the 27 Febrmry 2024 as I was working with TLB Newholland at Greystone Park Project, I
saw a safety bar used for safety by the mechanics to support the bucket during the service of the
machine scraping the bornet cover at the front of the machine. When I stopped the machine to see
the cause i discovered that the pin was bend.
