After college/university students are faced to make a huge decision that could change their
lives,whether to do a job they love or going for a job that offers the best salary and this depends
on indivuduals and their needs.while the passion that an individual have for the job or one’s
financial stability and responsibilities plays a crucial role.In fact doing the job we love can get us
into higher position in an organization through superior performance,on the other hand
following a job that’s pays higher salary can make an individual more stressful.this essay agree
that choosing a favourite job is important.

times we find ourselves with not much of a motivation to do anything,but if we do what we love
can motivate us and it makes us to getout of the bed and get to working.and with lack of
motivation an individual will not be able to succeed in his/her life.

Futher an organizations tend to keep their employees happy rather than making them sad,by
doing the job what we love automatically our minds feel relaxed and creates a pleasearable
working environment other than the working hours individual might have some fun and
individual has sense of belonging in them.Most people agree that person will do something in

In conclusion,the discision for after college job is a complex in his/her personal life the job that
we choose should fulfill both personal fulfillment and financial stability,while doing a job that we
