Sehubungan dengan:
1. dikeluarkannya Surat Edaran Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia no. 500.2.3/1256/SJ
yang ditujukan kepada Gubernur di seluruh Indonesia pada Maret 2024 mengenai Petunjuk
Pelaksanaan Pemberian Insentif Fiskal Terkait PBBKB untuk Mendukung Kebijakan Pemerintah
dalam Mencapai Program Prioritas Nasional melalui Pengendalian Inflasi
2. konfirmasi dari Badan Pendapatan Daerah (“Bapenda”) di beberapa provinsi terkait perubahan
tarif PBBKB sehubungan dengan point no.1
Bersama ini kami sampaikan daftar tarif PBBKB di provinsi dimana PT ExxonMobil Lubricants
Indonesia (“EMLI”) melakukan kegiatan penjualan Bahan Bakar Minyak (“BBM”), yang dapat
diimplementasikan mulai 1 April 2024:

Untuk menjadi perhatian bahwa konfirmasi yang telah disampaikan oleh para Bapenda terkait
pengkinian tarif per April 2024 di atas belum disertai dengan pengkinian Peraturan Daerah (“Perda”)-
nya. Karenanya, IPE agar selalu berkoordinasi dengan EMLI terkait realisasi penerapan tarif PBBKB
di lapangan.
