Just fill out your basic details, staff requirements and salary ranges in the form and Rozgaar will
send candidates for interviews. Upon successful hiring, a guarantee period of 90 days is
also provided where free-of-cost candidate replacement is provided within a certain period. No
upfront fees. Pay only on successful hiring.

Pricing:

6.5% of Annual CTC, support period/replacement period 90 days - for all profiles, irrespective of
salary range.

Pricing:

1. 6.5% of annual CTC of candidate (once hired) and 60-day guarantee if CTC < ₹3 Lacs
2. 6.5% of annual CTC of candidate (once hired) and 90-day guarantee if CTC > ₹3 Lacs

* Please note: Refundable deposit to be paid upfront for working with Kaam.com.

Process of onboarding the restaurant partner:

a) The restaurant partner will pay Kaam.com ₹15,000 as an upfront fee upon signing of
the agreement. The entire amount of ₹15,000 will be refunded via a credit note once the
first billing is done.

b) In case Kaam.com is unable to close any positions with the restaurant partner within
30 days of the requirements, the entire ₹15,000 will be refunded.

c) The refund will be made on the following basis: 1. If Kaam.com has sent an inadequate
number of candidates (less than 3 per job requirement) 2. If Kaam.com has not made any
efforts to onboard (provide information/ documents of the candidates) the candidate as required
by the restaurant partner

d) Kaam.com will not refund the amount if:

1. Batches of candidates were sent and the restaurant partner refused to take interviews or was
not
available for a long time to conduct interviews
2. Candidates were interviewed but were offered lower than what was prescribed in the
requirements given to Kaam.com
3. The candidate joined and was asked to leave without Kaam.com being notified
4. In cases where candidates left due to the restaurant partners' issues of downsizing, etc.
5. If the candidate has left and the restaurant partner has refused to take the replacement as
per the agreed clauses in the agreement for “Replacement”.
