Speaker Expertise: Partnering with HRFI allowed us to secure an impressive lineup of 14

industry leaders as speakers. These included CHROs, Senior Vice Presidents, and Directors of HR
from prominent organizations like Deloitte, Kotak Bank, Reliance Jio, Indigo, and more.

Participants: Leveraging HRFI's vast membership base significantly expanded the conclave's
reach. We received over 362 registration responses from HRFI network out of which we
accepted only 100 nominations.

Widespread Visibility: JIMS' YouTube video was posted on their WhatsApp groups giving us
direct visibility in HR domain which no other platform would have offered us. Our LinkedIn
posts on their LinkedIn page were reposted by speakers and attendees, extending the reach
and amplifying JIMS' visibility among corporate world.

Partnering with HRFI facilitated access to renowned speakers, increased audience reach. It may
be a cost in near time but it will give an immeasurable benefit in the longer term.

For this year we suggest Round Table Conferences /Fire side Chats with limited number of
audience at Delhi ,Mumbai and Bangalore in collaboration with HRFI or other such agencies.
