1. Booking will be confirmed only after we receive 50% advance.
2. Balance amount should be paid 7 Days before Check in date.
3. Photo ID is Compulsory at the time of CHECK IN.
4. Advance Amount Paid is non-refundable.
5. Any damage to the property is payable by the customer
6. Security Deposit of Rs. 10000/- to be paid at the time of Check in.

7. Foods, Beverages & Colours are not allowed in the pool.
8. Pets not Allowed in the swimming pool.
9. Any Drugs or Hukkah (Shesha) or illegal substance or materials or any other
activities banned by the law is strictly prohibited. Breaching these Guests will
be wholly responsible for any action from the Govt. authorities.
