Exhibit B Tables Rates of Compensation

1. Consistent with the requirements of the NOGICD Act (2010) and NCDMB published HCD
Implementation Guidelines (2014), Contractor shall provide Human Capacity Development (HCD)
training as part of its obligations under this contract. The HCD value shall be determined by
Company, based on the HCD Budget Matrix (Table 1, Appendix 1 to Exhibit D - Nigerian Content
Exhibit) of the NCDMB HCD Implementation Guidelines.

2. The HCD value is a reimbursable cost to be solely utilized by Contractor for HCD training and
not be used for training of Contractor or Company personnel.

3. After contract execution, Company shall timely request Contractor to provide a Training
Implementation Proposal (TIP)/Human Capital Development Plan for Company review and
approval.

4. Company shall reimburse the HCD training expenditure, without mark-up to Contractor, based
on review of Contractor's actual expenditure as preapproved by Company

 Contract Term is 3 years with the option to extend for 2 years (3+2)

 Standby Charge on rig per month will be applied when total consecutive standby days
exceeds 20 days within 30 day period

 Bidder must input values in yellow and blue colour cells

 If Bidder enters a zero value for any item, an explanation MUST be provided

 Bidder's proposal MUST be for its latest/highest technology product as of the date of bid
submission

 All prices are subject to the pricing conditions of the Part 5, Commercial Terms of this ITT.
Bidder's proposal should NOT be subject to pricing conditions proposed by bidder

 Bidders are to take into cognizance the backup equipment to be provided when pricing for
each line item. Prices must be final cost to Company and include combined cost of primary
and backup unit

 Equipment costs must include redress costs if applicable

 Payment Terms will be 60 Days after receipt of correct invoice

 Currency Split 60% USD/40% NGN

 Applicable Incoterms Delivery Duty Paid
