1. That the abovesaid case is pending before this hon’ble court and fixed for
14.05.2024.
2. That the applicant /surety has tried to contact several times to the abovesaid
accused person. The accused person is not responding to the applicant/surety.
3. That the applicant/surety prays to this hon’ble court be cancelled the attachment
warrant of applicant/surety.
4.That the applicant/surety is ready to pay the fine in installments.

It is therefore humbly prayed before this hon’ble court may kindly be cancelled the
attachment warrant of applicant /surety in the interest of justice.
