INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTRANCE EXAMINATION

1. Candidates are provisionally permitted to sit for the entrance examination, subject to the condition and with the understanding that their candidacy
may be cancelled if they are found ineligible at any stage or fail to meet the prescribed minimum eligibility criteria.

2. Candidates are allowed entry into the examination hall upon the presentation of roll number slip/admit card issued by the university. Access to the
examination hall will strictly adhere to the scheduled entry time.

3. Candidates are instructed to refrain/avoid (“NOT TO BRING”) from bringing the water bottles, car key (remote), chain, any mobile phone/pager/wrist
watch/ ring wallets/ ladies purse, calculators or any electronic device including envelop of the admit card into the examination hall. Those found with
these items will not be allowed entry. The examination centre will not be liable for the safekeeping of candidates’ belongings, who must arrange for
their own outside the examination centre. However, candidate must bring their original AADHAAR CARD as photo ID for the verification.

4. Marking and writing on admit card is strictly prohibited.

5. Any attempt to the unfair means or remove pages from the question booklet will result in immediate expulsion from the examination.

6. Copying and writing down questions in any form is strictly prohibited.

7. Kindly use only blue or black ballpoint pen to shade/darken the appropriate circle/oval on the OMR answer sheet.

8. Candidates are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review the part-1 of the prospectus (information brochure), paying close attention to the
examination pattern and marking methodology. Additionally, it is recommended that they carefully read the instructions provided in the question
booklet.

9. Please ensure that you submit your OMR answer sheet and the admit card to the invigilator before exiting/living the examination hall. However,
candidates are permitted /allowed to keep the carbon copy of their OMR answer sheet.

10. While contacting this University for further correspondence, kindly quote your admit card /roll number. The result of entrance examination will be
posted on the University official website notice board. Candidates are encouraged to regularly check the University website http://www.himtu.ac.in for
the latest updates, information and instructions.
