BUYING PRICE:

FASTRACK BUYING- based on the following assay results as described below: 70% pd & up
600M Php/pair 80% pd & up 1 B Php / pair 90% pd & up 1.6 B Php/pair

SHARING SCHEME:
1. 50% - Owner / Holder
2. 50%- divided into 4 shares
3. 12.5% Trustee holder
4. 12.5% nego holder's team
5. 12.5%Trusteebuyer's'Team
6.12.5 % Nego. buyer's team

PROCEDURES:

1. Submit the POL / VIDEO of 10 pieces or 5 pairs of Palladium

2. After submission of the POL. / VIDEO, the team buyer shall have a table meeting with the seller
or any authorized representative to discuss terms and conditions.
3.Schedule for ocular inspection of the said Items subject for validation together with the trustee
holder as guide to the area.

4. After Validation, if found genuine, final meeting together with the holder and the buyer,
Processing of documents And Signing of MOA. The 200 million mobilizations shall be released if
complied deliveries of 5 pairs.

5. After payment of the 10 PCs or 5pairs, Test buy proceed to ROLLOVER with contract. Payment
shall be made through banking system.

6. The team buyer may proceed to the site where the volume of stocks is located, the team buyer shall
shoulder all expenses incurred during operation such hauling, labor and foods. To be culled out from
mobilization fund. All involve in the Transactions must prepare their VALID ID's. The share of
involved parties shall be given separately by the team buyer either cash or deposited to their
individual bank account, through Marie Concha Loquias.
