AFFIDAVIT OF CANCELLATION OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, JOSE CONSTANTINO A. ROSARIO, of legal age, Filipino, with

business address at 1872 E. Rodriguez Sr., Blvd., Cubao, Quezon City and in my
capacity as President and Chief Executive Officer of Jaltar Corporation Inc., after
being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say that:

1. Jaltar Corporation, Inc. a domestic corporation duly organized and

existing under Philippine laws, is the adverse claimant in a Notice of
Adverse Claim annotated at the back of Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)
No. T-83090 registered in the name of Constancia Lagurdia Manahan
et al issued by the Register of Deeds of Baguio. The land covered by TCT
No.
T-83090 consists of Seven Hundred Seventy-Eight (778) square meter,
more or less.
2. The Notice of Adverse Claim was annotated as Entry No. 14467-37-
128 dated June 30, 2006 at the back of TCT No. T-83090 which reads as
follows:

executed by JOSE CONSTANTINO ROSARIO, President, Jaltar
Corporation, affecting the one twentieth (1/20) share of Benjamin
Laguardia Manahan, as per Doc. No. 104, Page No. 21, Book No. VI,
Series of 2006 of Notary Public of Baguio City, Ms. Rebecca Y. Apil.
Entered June 20, 2006, 2:35 P.M. File No. T-83090.

3. I hereby request the Register of Deeds of Baguio City to cancel or cause

the cancellation of the annotation of the Affidavit of Adverse Claim on TCT
No. T-83090.

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of all the
foregoing and for all the legal intents and purpose.
